Enraged that they have been denied access to the region, the Klingons demand permission to deploy a garrison to the region otherwise they will withdraw from the Khitomer Accords. While the senior offers contend with this catastrophe, the lower deckers must unravel the truth of a Bajoran merchant who claims the Prophets gave her the ability to see a person's future, but for a price. |
