SUBJECT: Planetary Database Revision & Second Contact Survey (Karemma)

I. MISSION OVERVIEW
Pursuant to Starfleet Fleet Directive 412, the U.S.S. Enterprise-H crew is tasked with conducting a comprehensive ground-level update of the official Starfleet Planetary Travel Database for Karemma. All personnel assigned below are granted temporary shore leave authorization contingent upon completion of their designated regional survey briefs.
Starfleet Command will foot the bill for standard operational and hospitality expenses incurred during these evaluations.
II. TEAM ASSIGNMENTS & BRIEFINGS
OPERATION GROUP ALPHA: LEISURE & RECREATIONAL VENUES
Primary Objective: Assessment of commercial districts, boutique retail, high-end dining, and coastal/scenic public spaces.

Lieutenant Joshua Silas — Navigation Officer
Lieutenant (J.G.) Anzai Sulu — Science Officer
Special Instructions: Personnel currently planetside are to log real-time evaluations of local dining quality, transit accessibility, and recreational suitability for Starfleet personnel. Lt. (J.G.) Sulu is assigned to coordinate regional transport and site logistics.
OPERATION GROUP BETA: HIGH-DENSITY TRANSIT & MUNICIPAL SURVEY
Primary Objective: Blitz survey of high-volume commercial sectors, regional transit hubs, and historical sites.

OPERATION GROUP GAMMA: TRADE SECTOR & HOSPITALITY SURVEY
Primary Objective: Evaluation of hospitality infrastructure, trade sector taverns, nightlife security, and local culinary establishments.

Special Instructions:
Lt. Commander Bernadotte is restricted to Group Gamma under the direct oversight of the Executive Officer.
CPO Targaryen is assigned as designated observer to maintain continuous contact for the duration of the duty window.
Lt. (J.G.) Rrawran and Lt. (J.G.) Ziren will provide tactical oversight across crowded trade cantinas and entertainment districts.
OPERATION GROUP DELTA: CULTURAL, HISTORICAL, & WELLNESS SURVEY
Primary Objective: Survey of civic institutions, botanical gardens, medical dispensaries, and public health facilities.

Special Instructions: Group Delta will liaise with local Karemman health administrators and catalog historical archives. Dr. Ilkun will assist Dr. Kholin in conducting formal wellness inspections of local planetary medical facilities.
III. COMMAND & CONTROL
Commodore Wilkan Targaryen will remain aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise-H to oversee shipboard operations and manage pending administrative proceedings with the Department of Temporal Investigations. All team leads will submit compiled survey data to the Operations Officer upon completion of shore leave.
